The Department of History is organising an alumnae interaction and educational field visit to Lodhi Garden and Safdarjung Tomb for its 3rd and 4th year students on 20th February 2026 at 9 am.
Event Report
The Department of History had organised an Alumnae Interaction and an Educational Field visit to INTACH and Lodhi Garden on 20th February 2026 for 3rd and 4th year students. The three alumnae Ms. Vaishnavi Singh, Ms. Pranjali Saini and Ms. Aarushi Rana (presently working at INTACH) informed the students about the role of INTACH in conservation, restoration and documentation. Then they took students on a Heritage Walk to Lodhi Garden. Dr. Simmi Kapoor Mehta, Prof. Daljit Kaur and Mr. Satveer Singh accompanied the students on this visit.
